Before establishing her practice, Otise earned her Bachelor of Arts from Agnes Scott College in 2002 and her Juris Doctor from Texas Southern University’s Thurgood Marshall School of Law in 2009. Her diverse background allows her to skillfully handle both complex litigation and preventative legal planning.
